How It Works:

2. Select ‘Click & Collect’
   Choose your preferred store for collection.
   
   
3. Receive a Collection Email
   You will be sent an email with a unique OTP for collection.
   
   
4. Head to Your Selected Store
   Present your OTP to our store staff for quick verification.
   
   
5. Collect Your Order
   Your order will be ready and waiting for you.
   
   

Collection Time:

• Within 1-2 days in the UAE
• Within 2-4 days in KSA
  

Returns can be easily processed either online or in store. An invoice will be provided via email once your order has been collected.
